The location is prime, right near the marina and a golf course. The pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options could be better with more variety.

Very clean room with nice amenities like air conditioning and a kitchenette. The staff were super friendly, especially Trice. Breakfast was solid with waffle makers. Loved the jetted tub and workout area. Free parking is a major plus too. Perfect location near UPMC Hamot and a quick drive to the lake.

Staying here was a delight as I could easily stroll to the nearby marina across the street for a lovely dinner at JR's while enjoying the beautiful view of the boats; there are also several attractions only a short walk away, including the expERIEnce Children's Museum and Liberty Park, making it an ideal spot for weekend explorers like me, plus the breakfast offered was tasty and the beds were super comfortable, but I did notice that a few areas could use more thorough cleaning.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped, complete with a microwave and refrigerator. I loved the large TV with plenty of channels, and the view of Lake Erie from my window was stunning, especially at sunrise. the breakfast options were plentiful but lacked quality, and there was a slight disappointment with the jacuzzi being out of order. I also encountered noise from the upstairs guests. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the outdoor firepit, though it was frustrating that the propane tank was empty. it had its ups and downs but the location was convenient and enjoyable.

The coffee pot was subpar, though complimentary coffee was available downstairs. The jacuzzi was unimpressive-just a small, uncomfortable addition. While the room was tidy, it felt a bit worn, like the furniture, and needed attention.

The TV setup was awesome, with huge screens and tons of channels for our movie nights. The kids were glued to the TV, especially during cartoon hour. It made our family time extra special.

My wife says that the family game area should have more variety for children.

Location is unparalleled. Clean, comfortable rooms with decent space. the experience faltered. Breakfast options were limited-eggs and sausage in one container, not appetizing. Pool? Freezing cold. Hot tub out of order. Elevators were unreliable at times-definitely a concern. Staff were friendly, but two towels for four days? A wine stain on the comforter? Disappointing. Check-in issues regarding a deposit led to confusion and unnecessary stress. For the price, I expected more. With other options available, I won't settle for less next time. The foundation is there; they need to refine the details. There's potential here, but it hasn't been fully realized yet.

We hit up the city's cool spots all day, then came back to binge, watch shows on the huge flat, screen TV in our room. Cable was on point for unwind time after partying. Def made our trip unforgettable!

Wish they had a game room for late, night hangs with friends. Would've been epic to keep the fun going when we weren't out exploring.
